Welcome to, Little Dreamers Academy

Your ultimate baby and toddler sleep hub!

Little Dreamers Academy was created by mums, for mums. Our passion is educating and empowering all caregivers on all things to do with the non-linear experience that is infant and toddler sleep.  We provide non-judgemental, practical advice to get your little ones sleeping better. We have both experienced sleep deprivation first-hand and can empathise with that desire to just feel human again!

Education is at the heart of what we do, what we suggest, and what we want you to get out of working with us. Our goal is to provide a personalised, 1:1 approach to all clients that provides you with the education you need to make life-changing improvements to your child’s sleep. We strive to provide a safe space where you’ll learn, grow, and set yourself up for the future. With the right tools and support, infants and children can, and will, achieve healthy sleep.

Being a mum comes with a lot of experience, and if you’re willing to listen, you will never be short of advice. But what worked for that mum, might not work for you. Our recommendations, strategies, and methods are backed by comprehensive studies carried out by leading paediatric researchers. They are holistic, tried, and true.

We specialise in newborn sleep, catnapping, resistance to sleep, settling difficulties, frequent night waking, night weaning, regressions and the mindfield that is toddler sleep.

Little Dreamers Academy wants to be part of your modern-day ‘village’. Let us take the guesswork out of your little one’s sleep. We offer phone consultations, personalised sleep plans, home visits, group bookings, or if you are after some resources you can take a look through our blog library or purchase an e-guide via the shop. We look forward to helping you!

Meet Co-Founder: Hailey Studdy

With 12 years in the industry, I have dedicated my adult life to children and most importantly, supporting their parents. Happy parents make for well-balanced, content children and I am a strong believer in the notion that you can’t pour from an empty cup. I am passionate about changing families lives by taking the stress and anxiety out of sleep times. In the first year of your baby’s life they spend more time asleep than awake to accommodate the rapid growth and development that occurs during this time. Postnatally, a mother requires rest to repair both physically and mentally. Sleep deprivation should not be a badge of honour and although perfection is not realistic with small humans, wellness and balance can be! I have two beautiful small children, Lucas and Olivia and they are my world and daily motivation to be the best I can be for myself, for my family and for you - the community of parents who are seeking the help they deserve.

Meet Co-Founder: Meaghan Jacobs

Let’s talk parent to parent. If someone would’ve told me exactly what I needed to do when I got home from the hospital with my first born, to get my baby to sleep through the night, you probably wouldn’t be reading this right now.

There is so much support and information out there for pregnant women. You have obstetricians, midwives, friends and family, and every type of birthing course under the sun. But what happens after you give birth? Because the story definitely doesn’t end in the maternity ward. But, this is where my story began. The birth of my first child ignited a passion for all things baby and toddler sleep. I set out to educate myself with a comprehensive and modern internationally recognised sleep consultancy certification. With every client, I am determined to get to know you, your family, your baby and understand what is important to you. I am always transparent, understanding and flexible with my approach. You will never hear me tell you my way of doing things. Every consultation is a collaboration, and every family will always receive unique and tailored advice to suit you and what you want to achieve. I am a mother to two beautiful children; Darcy and Ruby, who continue to help me grow my knowledge on all things baby and toddler sleep, every day.
